Infrastructure as code
Your application code is repeatable and automatic in order to work once or millions of times. Treat your infrastructure the same way as a code—build as you need to, discard when unused, redeploy when damaged. With infrastructure as code, a malfunctioning component is simply a “bug” that can be fixed with the next commit.
Describe your infrastructure and its desired configuration state in a declarative YAML format. Custom scripts for custom application configuration can be easily sourced, too
Workflow automation
You want your infrastructure to work day or night, automatically perform routine tasks, and not interrupt you with monitoring alerts. With the Jiyus platform, you have all the tools and services needed to achieve this level of automation.
Use the workflow automation scripting when you need to perform scheduled tasks, create a custom backup or batch processing job, or build a custom multi-step process. Custom integration points are available, too, for unlimited ecosystem extension.
Management of passwords, certificates, and other secrets
The Jiyus platform comes with a service designed to keep your sensitive data (passwords, application credentials, certificates) safe. This data is always stored encrypted, and access to the data is context-aware for proper security isolation.
Of course, the secrets management service is integrated with other services that may need this information, such as load balancers that retrieve SSL certificates.
